Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Music Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a passion for teaching students of various skill levels and abilities. You will be responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students to achieve their musical goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one or small group music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Create customized lesson plans that align with each student's goals, interests, and learning pace.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and creativity.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs or developmental challenges, ensuring an accessible and supportive experience.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lesson plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in a private or group setting, with a proven ability to teach a variety of instruments or voice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with students of different learning styles, including those with special needs or behavioral challenges.
